All reservations made through the Website are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment is accepted via major credit cards and third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Stripe) as applicable. Full payment is typically required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking in our sole discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

100% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in.

50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

No refund for cancellations made fewer than 30 days before check-in.

Custom cancellation terms may apply on third-party platforms.

4. Guest Obligations

Guests agree to:

Provide accurate information during booking.

Comply with all posted house rules, including no parties, no smoking, and no unauthorized guests.

Refrain from any illegal, disruptive, or damaging behavior on the premises.

Leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival, subject to normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations or evict guests who violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, images, and media on this Website are the exclusive property of Vibe West Properties, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
